Microsoft promised we'd see the Windows 8 Consumer preview before the end of February, and they're holding true to the word. The company has arranged a small event in Barcelona during Mobile World Congress to unveil the latest version of the upcoming OS on February 29, the very last day of the month (during a leap year, no less).
